Nestled on the banks of the River Stour in the heart of Wimborne’s newest community, The River’s Edge is a brand-new bistro designed to bring people together over delicious fresh food and drink, surrounded by beautiful countryside views. As a mother and son team, Jamie and Kym, with over 12 years of running and owning beloved restaurants in Wimborne. We look forward to welcoming everyone on a next newest venture. At the River’s Edge, we are committed to sourcing good, honest food. Much of what is either grown locally by us at our Colehill allotment or complemented by some of Dorset’s finest ingredients.

Join us on a Saturday evening and settle in with friends over a generous sharing board of locally baked bread, house-made pâté, garden pickles, and seasonal chutneys.
